Since 1 August 2010 the council has managed Jubilee Hall independently of other council activities. At that time, the previous trustees wished to resign after long years of service and, despite many appeals, no local people or user groups wished to serve, so the council decided to take over its management, in order to retain the facility for the village. In June 2015 Bucks County Council sold the freehold of the hall and car park to the charity that runs the hall (of which the Parish Council are sole trustee's) for £1.00.
In accordance with its original trust deed, the hall is made available to the Seer Green Church of England School during the majority of the working day during term times, but is available for bookings by local organisations or individuals during evenings and weekends.
Availability and bookings are accesible via the website, or by calling the bookings secretary David Howkins on 01494 857760. The Parish Clerk is the Hall Manager.
Jubilee Hall was opened on 9th July 1977 by Sir Ian Gilmour M.P.
